It's been A LONG TIME!!!!

It has been forever, but Mallory is finally here!! She arrived on June 9 at 8:28 a.m. The c-section went well. When we got home, our air conditioner broke, so we had to move in with my mom and Larry for about a week until it got fixed. I will keep this short (b/c I just found out that Elena is not in bed like she is supposed to be). The girls are getting along sooooo well. Elena LOVES being a big sister and is always helping mommy make bottles, burp, feed, change diapers, etc. She has even started to help me clean, wash the dishes and clothes!! Let's just see if she'll keep it up!! Mallory is a dream.... she is 2 months old now and sleeps through the night and cries when she wants something. She is cooing, smiling and talking non stop. We went to Rockport two weekends ago w/ my sister's family and mom and Larry. All of the kids had a blast!! Mallory had her 2 month checkup Monday and is now 23 inches long and weighs 11 pounds. Dr. James said that everything looks great! I will close for now, but promise to update more often!!

It's a girl!!!

We went for our 2nd ultrasound Wednesday.  The man told us that it looks like we'll be having another girl running around our house!!  We are excited that Elena will have another playmate, and mommy's excited that I don't have to have trucks and dollies around the house!!  I was starting to wonder where all of those toys would go???  I can't wait to dress them alike and take pictures of them!  Everything looked good w/ the baby.  We can't wait to meet her!!

My Little Pony!!

My cousin Adam drove his Popo's tractor in a tractor pull last weekend in Hallettsville. We had to go and watch him of course, and when we were leaving, we noticed that there was a small petting zoo outside. For those of you who do not know, my little girl LOVES animals, so we had to go and pet the "moo" and the "baa". There were little shetland ponies there for kids to ride as well. The guy asked if I wanted her to ride because she kept going up to the ponies. I told him that she wouldn't sit on it, but my mom said to just put her on and see what she did. SHE LOVED IT!!! She cried when she had to get off. I was so proud of my little girl.... she sat in the saddle and held on while the pony walked around in circles. Here are pictures below.

On another note, Robert and I had my 20 week ultrasound and we were going to find out if it was a boy or a girl.... BUT in true form with our children, the little toot had their legs tucked underneith them, so we couldn't tell what we are having. I dont' know if we'll be able to find out before June or not, but we will let ya'll know when we do! Everything else looked really good. Growing the way that he/she is supposed to..... which is all that counts.

Here's the new group of cousins.... Elena, Evan and Zane on Christmas Day

She sure was tuckered out by the time that Christmas Day rolled around. She had fun while she was awake!

Our family on Christmas morning after Santa came. All we are missing is Bailey, but he was outside.

Helping Grandma make Chicken and Dumplings... yum! yum!

My little girl on Halloween.

Its been awhile!!!

Ok... I know that it has been FOREVER since I have posted any pictures or anything on our website. We have been busy all of the time it seems like. Everything is going well with us. Elena is growing up so fast. She doesn't seem to notice or care that we will be adding a new addition this summer. I try to tell her that her baby brother or sister is in mommy's tummy. She doesn't seem phased by it at all thus far. Here are some pictures to catch up, and I PROMISE to keep up with blogging!!
